• Month 2: 4/6, 4/13, 4/20
• Month 3: 5/4, 5/11, TBD Based on HS Schedules

Times: 9:00 - 10:00am

Location: South Wake Sports Academy

Description:

In this “In-Season” Catching Academy, we will continue to work on ALL aspects of catching.

In these sessions we will be working on building routines, solidifying catching techniques, bridging the gap between practice/game/training, and preparing players for the next week of games and the summer travel season.

Our goal is to continue to refine our skills and get specific work done on a weekly basis.
