• Month 1: 3/5, 3/19, 3/26
• Month 2: 4/2, 4/16, 4/23
• Month 3: 5/7, 5/14, 5/21

Times: 9-10am

Description:

In this “In-Season” Catching Academy, we will continue to work on ALL aspects of catching. As a former High School Head Coach, I know how hard it is to get guided catching instruction during the season. We will focus on receiving techniques, low impact blocking, transfers with footwork, throwing patterns, arm care, and mobility.

Our goal is to continue to refine our skills and get specific work done on a weekly basis.
